Eighth grade students of Italian at H. Frank Carey were recognized for their participation in this year's poster contest hosted by LILT (Long Island Language Teachers.) The students designed posters to express their passion for World Languages according to this year's theme: Falling in Love with Languages. The following students received certificates of Honorable Mention: Charlotte Baldwin, Juliette Burke, Maria-Grazia DiMaggio, Marina Glaviano and Christopher Sebber.
